Sam Dallimore completed a Bachelor of Science at Otago University in 2009 with a major in land planning and development and energy studies. In 2014 he joined EnviroSpec as an Environmental Assessment Analyst, quickly becoming a qualified Homestar Assessor and a founding partner of The Building Excellence Group. In this short period of time, Sam has gained invaluable experience from working closely with Alex Reiche and is already considered as one of the leading Homestar consultants in New Zealand. This has been showcased in a number of Homestar projects ranging from single dwellings to much larger multi-unit developments which have been successful in achieving Homestar ratings.

 

Sam is excited by the challenge of encouraging sustainable design and looks forward to designing and building his own home in the near future – of course with the goal of a 10 Homestar rating.
